Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadline: 3 days prior to arrival date for full refund eligibility.
Cancellation Fees:
• Cancellations within 3 days of arrival: 1 day’s room rate will be charged.
• No-shows: 1 day’s room rate will be charged.
Group Booking Policy
Group Booking Requirements: For reservations of 3 or more rooms, changes must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival date.
Refund and Cancellation Terms:
• Refund Processing: A ₹200 processing fee will be deducted from refunded amounts.
• Non-Refundable Periods: Bookings made during peak periods (long weekends, festivals, citywide events, and Blackout dates: December 22nd to January 9th) are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable
Extra Occupancy Policy
Extra Occupancy Charges:
• ₹1,500 per night (inclusive of tax and breakfast) for an extra mattress, subject to seasonal variation.
• Peak Season (November to January): ₹3,000 per night (inclusive of tax and breakfast) for extra mattresses.
Child Policy
Extra Occupancy Charges:
• Infants (0-3 years): Complimentary accommodation.
• Children (3-10 years): 50% of the applicable extra occupancy rate.
